Information regarding vehicles, features, specifications, mileage, equipment, availability, and pricing is believed to be accurate but should be independently verified. All vehicles are subject to prior sale.

The advertised Total Price represents the vehicle’s advertised purchase price available to all consumers and includes all mandatory dealer charges required to be included under applicable California law. The advertised Total Price excludes applicable government-imposed taxes and fees, including sales/use tax, DMV registration, title, license, and other government-required charges. Finance charges, when applicable, are also excluded and depend on the financing terms for which the purchaser qualifies.

Optional products, accessories, and protection plans are not required to purchase a vehicle and are available only if voluntarily selected by the purchaser. Optional products may include theft-deterrent systems, paint protection, service contracts, GAP protection, tire and wheel protection, maintenance plans, and other aftermarket products or services.

Used vehicles may have normal wear and tear consistent with their age, mileage, and condition. Vehicle descriptions, photographs, equipment, specifications, mileage, and other information may contain errors or may be based on third-party information. Customers are encouraged to independently verify all material vehicle information, including VIN, mileage, vehicle history, equipment, condition, and pricing, before purchase.

XPrime Motors Inc. makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate listings. In the event of an inadvertent typographical, data-entry, or other bona fide error, information may be corrected, subject to applicable law.

All applicable taxes, government fees, optional products, finance charges, and other transaction-specific charges will be disclosed and itemized as required by law before completion of the transaction.

The final terms of the transaction are governed by the applicable purchase and financing documents signed by the purchaser and XPrime Motors Inc.
